Craig started Judo at the age of five and quickly moved on to studying the art of kung-fu, earning a second degree black belt.
Understanding the need for all around physical fitness, he added weight training to his workout regime and it soon became an integral part of his training.
He went on to pursue Health/Fitness studies through the London YMCA and then went on to gain a Sports Science degree. Craig is an advanced and master trainer.
Also credited through the NCCPT, Craig established his clientèle in the UK formerly known as “united fitness.”
Longing to move to Southern California since a young age, he brought his passion for physical fitness , and expertise to the USA. With a growing clientèle based in Marina del Rey, Craig renamed his company” Marina Athletic Club”.
Craig is recognized internationally throughout the fitness world, having trained along side some of the world’s top athletes. His vast and extensive knowledge of fitness and understanding of nutrition and dietary needs make him a great choice to help anyone create a new lifestyle.
Our beach Classes
Beach Bootcamp (Beach-fit classes)
We run Marina del Rey’s longest running & most established beach bootcamp!
Enjoy a variety of classes that target all aspects of physical fitness.
-All Classes Are High Intensity Interval Training-
We meet at MOTHER’S BEACH on Palawan Way, next to Jamaica Bay inn Hotel, 4175 Admiralty Way, MdR, 90292.
MONDAY – 7 – 8am – Strength conditioning class: incorporating battling ropes, running sleds, sledge hammers, kettle bells, running chutes and punch/kick pads.
WEDNESDAY – 7 – 8am – High octane body-weight exercises to hit every muscle group, super cardio conditioning class. We have modifications for all exercises to accommodate everyone.
SATURDAY – 9 – 10am – A blend of both the other classes – our signature class! Strength meets cardio.The ULTIMATE workout & calorie burner!.
- $20 drop in fee, see if it’s for you!.
- $80 1 x week, 1 month.
- $144 2 x week, 1 month.
- $192 3 x week, 1 month.
