All classes are H.I.I.T FIT based – High Intensity Interval Training



MONDAY: 7AM – 8AM- A full body strength conditioning/metabolic boosting workout. Incorporating battling ropes, running sleds, sledge hammers, kettle bells, running parachutes and punch/Kick pads.

WEDNESDAY: 7AM – 8AM-  Cardio HIIT FIT training, high octane body weight exercises, with active rest runs to target every muscle group, blast away the fat & preserve your muscle with our innovative and proven training methods. We have modifications for all exercises to accommodate everyone.

SATURDAY: 9AM-10AM-  An infusion of both classes, our signature class.

If you’re visiting Marina del Rey, or just want to drop in and try it out, there is a $20 drop in fee, we offer monthly packages.


We meet at Mothers beach in MdR, on Palawan Way, off of Admiralty Way, next to Jamaica bay inn hotel.

Craig Stocker. BSc.

Craig started Judo at the age of five, he then moved on to the art of Kung-Fu, earning his second degree black belt at the age of eighteen. As a child he longed to move to Southern California.

He established his clientele in the UK, and wanted to pursue his dream and bring his passion for fitness to the USA.Craig studied fitness at the London YMCA, then went on to earn his Sport Science degree Bsc.

He is also certified through the N.C.C.P.T. Craig has established a successful training business in Marina del Rey.

Craig has dedicated his life to health & fitness and his extensive knowledge and passion make him a great choice for your fitness needs.

        Marina Athletic Club has been running  beach fit classes in Marina del rey for five years.We are fully city approved and insured.We meet at Mothers beach, a beautiful tranquil and secluded beach.
    Our classes cover all aspects of fitness: strength conditioning, core work, agility, speed, flexibility and endurance.The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, we work on timed intervals, so you progress at your own pace. Our beach fit classes are all H.I.I.T FIT based - High Intensity Interval Training.The classes combine strength conditioning & body weight exercises and work on functional movement in an outdoors setting. Meet like minded people, have fun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings Marina del Rey has to offer.

    Craig offers self-defense-MMA classes especially geared towards defensive moves. Craig will show you how to use what you have with you at a time of an unfortunate situation and to utilize techniques, not necessarily based on sheer brute force but skill, using your initiative to open your mind and defend yourself.  You’ll feel more confident in everyday life and become more assertive and diffuse situations before they get out of control. Craig will take you to the point to diffuse any volatile situation effectively.
